Weekly 30 minute coaching calls offer opportunities to process outcomes, reflect, and discover new perspectives to propel you forward.

  • The classic program attacks your pain points harder through more coach availability and aggressively optimizing lifestyle. There will be opportunities to align with the client's main coaches and parents to further amplify your progress. As momentum and self-belief increase, expectations shift higher as your potential emerges and timelines compress, so goals and action plans require quarterly updates.

  • The Pro coaching option is ideal for the top athletes, founders and executives in demanding high risk environments. The greater the challenge, the more rigorous and non-negotiable the routines, actions and accountability must be. The intent is the same, to cultivate boldness, however the intensity is higher due to the nature of the clientele. Therefore, maximum accountability is offered through phone, text, email and on-site support for high profile events. Weekly follow-up calls and rescheduling is allowed due to schedules and global travel.
